How to Prepare

Koicha (Thick Tea)
Sift 4g (2 tsp) matcha
Add 30ml hot water (75–80°C)
Knead slowly with whisk
Texture should be thick and smooth

Usucha
Usucha (Thin Tea)
Sift 2g (1 tsp) matcha
Add 70ml hot water (75–80°C)
Whisk in M-motion until frothy
Optional: adjust water or matcha to taste

Lattes
Sift 4g (2 tsp) matcha
Add 40ml hot water (70°C)
Whisk in M-motion until frothy
Add 120ml of milk
Sweeten to taste (optional)
